Tocco became a professional skateboard champion

in 1987 and was sponsored by an wide array of

athletic and clothing brands, as well Gold's Gym,

Venice—the Mecca of bodybuilding. At Gold’s he

trained along side teammate and bodybuilding

legend, Gary Strydom, as well as a host of

other pro bodybuilders and professional

athletes.  Surrounded by experts in the

field of strength training, diet, nutrition

and physique development, Tocco has

devoted nearly 30 years to

understanding science and application

of building a better body through diet

and exercise.
